What are the mats made from?

Our mats are made from a nylon mix, which makes them soft underfoot. This also means that the mats can be thrown in the washing machine when the get dirty and they dirt trap anything from on messy shoes and paws

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £75or Flat-rate shipping of £3.95 on orders under £75.

Can I return my mat?

All unpersonalised can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Unfortunately, personalised mats cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How long will my mat take to arrive?

Personalised mats can take up to 14 working days to ship as they are designsed and made to order in our UK mill.

If you mat is in stock you will receive it withing 5-7 working days.

In most cases we post out by a Royal Mail 48 tracked service.

Are the mats suitable for hard floors/LVT flooring?

Yes, we have fully tested the mats on hard floors and LVT flooring
